Separately, Arva Rice — the interim head of the Civilian Complaint Review Board — has been asked by Mayor Adams to step down from the police watchdog group after she criticized the NYPD for not promptly turning over evidence for her review of a 2019 police shooting of a Bronx man in his apartment.

A photo hasn't to be crisp and pin sharp. Also the photo can be boring and the location unoccupied. Even location is no must.
